If you’re about to cancel a SaaS product, you’re often thinking, “I don’t use this enough to justify the cost.” Which is what makes Canva's cancellation experience so smart. They show you YOUR actual product usage, specifically looking at their premium features. For example, if I wanted to cancel my Canva membership I'd see that I've used over 1500 of their premium images. I can't loose access to those! Kudos to Andrew Capland for sharing this example. It's a great way to help buyers understand the value of your product in order to reduce churn. The big question: How can we get this point across sooner, before churn is even a consideration?
