- If you report an issue or bug, we’ll do our best to respond in 24 hours.
- Every resource request is added to our backlog where we prioritize based on popularity. We can’t guarantee every resource will be created, or when.
- For general questions related to PMM or career advice, I can’t guarantee a response, but I do my best to answer questions when I can. I also publish the answers on LinkedIn (keeping you anonymous of course) and plan on publishing them in the Jetpack so every member can learn.
