This is a clever example of an interactive problem section that doubles as a self-qualification tool. Instead of listing pain points, Fletch helps visitors realize they have a problem. You check boxes like “People visit our site but don’t understand what we do,” and a sad cartoon reacts with each one. The more you click, the sadder it gets. My guess is these questions mirror the ones used in sales discovery — making this a lightweight first step in the sales process.
