Context is powerful. Testimonial sections and walls of love are great for signalling to buyers that you have a lot of happy customers. But don’t forget to use strategically placed testimonials that support specific points you’re trying to make on your website. Like this example from Notion. On their product page, they claim that their platform helps you. “Consolidate tools. Cut costs.” Only 4 words. Followed by 16 words from a customer who “got rid of nearly a dozen different tools” because of Notion. They let the customer write their copy. → Check out Notion’s product page
