Here’s a great example of clear segmentation and social proof from Livestorm. Their value-based pricing model allowed them to create packages tailored to their ideal customer profiles. Each tier is defined primarily by the max number of active contacts, but also relevant features that get introduced in their higher tiers, like VIP support, SAML SSO, etc. If it wasn’t clear enough that each of these tiers were designed for specific customer segments, they also included a “Used by” section that shows some well-known companies on the same tier. As a prospect, I would feel much more confident selecting the right tier because I can see myself in the companies they display. Have a look
