Here’s a great example of a company building in public. Humberto, the founder and CEO at Rows, has been pulling back the curtain to share their company-building experience. At the beginning of each post, Humberto writes: “Every week I post about one thing that happened at Rows. We’re building in public!” This includes updates and product launches, but also learnings as they build their company. You’re starting to see this approach more with early-stage startups, but I think later-stage companies should take a similar approach as well. Even if just for specific projects, sidecar products, etc. It not only gives you the opportunity to create a consistent drum beat of marketable moments and updates for customers. It also gives you a way to share your narrative and POV.
