A smart example of taking a familiar product and behaviours (ordering a Uber) and using it to onboard people to a new product. Plus it’s really funny. At the end of the ad, the only explanation they need to provide is simply: “Trains — now on Uber” Takeaway: When your product is easy to understand, you can afford to be clever.
