I got this email from ConvertKit the other day. It’s auto-generated with my monthly invoice, but they also inserted a “ConvertKit Tip” section with a little nudge to try their Segments feature. I saw it. I clicked it. I set up a segment. Does your product send transactional emails that you know customers are opening regularly?
