This week, the CEO of WorkRamp (Ted Blosser), shared the deck they used to raise their $40M Series C. He wanted people to see what building a fundraising deck is really like. 51 investor pitches, 5 weeks, and many iterations, eventually resulting in 4 term sheets. Todd also added personal commentary under the slides to help us understand how each part of the pitch landed and evolved. For example, check out the slide above (what I like to call the penny-drop slide). Here’s what Ted had to say about it: “I added this new product slide after about 10 pitches. Every investor was asking “but how is your product ACTUALLY different”.
